WELCOME Annaleigh Broad to DRHS!!
Tiered Intervention School Counselor - split between Deep Run and Hermitage. Ms. Broad will work collaboratively with existing school-based mental health providers and community/private agencies to coordinate and provide multi-tiered systems of support in the form of direct counseling services focused on substance use prevention and intervention, school-based mental health, and youth violence prevention in alignment with the American School Counselor Association (ASCA).
Exciting News! Welcome Ms. Taggart, Our New Assistant Principal! 🎉
We are excited to introduce Ms. Jessica Taggart as the new Assistant Principal at Deep Run.
Ms. Taggart brings several years of experience and dedication to our school community. She most recently served as the Coordinator of Assessment and Remediation (CAR) at Holman and Pocahontas Middle Schools. She also has an extensive background as a math teacher and math department leader at Holman.

Our entrance got a facelift!!
Thanks to sophomore, Ethan Oldham, he has replaced our old planters with new wooden flower boxes as a part of his Eagle Scout Project. He handcrafted four of these boxes, planted the flowers, and created the plaque. They are beautiful, Ethan!
